MARQ Trustees’ Managing Director, Andrew Patrick, joined leading property fund figures at the 2025 Property Funds Association (PFA) Conference on the Gold Coast from 27 to 29 April.
The annual conference brings together experts to discuss the key questions facing the evolving property sector.
KEY ISSUES FACING PROPERTY INVESTORS AND FUND MANAGERS
The theme of the 2025 conference was “Navigating new horizons in property”. Attendees enjoyed a number of networking opportunities and heard from keynote speakers and expert panels.
Topics included identifying future outperforming asset classes, the impact of economic shifts, the potential of AI, and the growing influence of environmental and sustainability issues on property investment and demand.
