MARQ Trustees is providing AFSL services to boutique developer Lowe Living’s LGH Investment Fund #15, offering investment in Lowe Living’s South Melbourne property development, Emerald Place.
About the development
Emerald Place is a $160 million mixed-use project located at 182-200 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne and comprising of a 2,550 sqm site with retail and commercial space, alongside 36 residential units.
The project is being developed by Lowe Living with Icon Kajima and designed with globally renowned architect, Woods Bagot, and acclaimed landscape architect, Acre.
The investment opportunity
Together with Lowe Capital, Lowe Living is offering the opportunity to participate in Tranche Two of the project, with a target raise of up to $1.386 million and targeted internal rate of return (IRR) of 21%.
MARQ Trustees’ role
MARQ Trustee’s services for LGH Investment Fund #15 includes providing corporate authorised representative (CAR) and authorised intermediary services, the full suite of registry services and tailored financial services training.
