AUSTRALIAN FISHERIES INVESTMENT TRUST
The Fund makes strategic investments in the Australian fishing industry, across Commonwealth, State and Territory managed fisheries, by acquiring Fishing Rights in the form of Fishing Permits, Statutory Fishing Rights, Quota Rights, Licences, Gear Rights, and Boat Rights.

CIM SOCIAL HOUSING FUND 2
The Fund invests in social housing by providing debt financing to fund the acquisition of social and affordable housing.

Through a fund-through development agreement, the Fund invested in the freehold commercial property. The strategy focuses on tenant acquisition and cost-effective rental yield enhancement.

20-30 MOLLISON STREET ABBOTSFORD FUND
Through a fund-through development agreement, the Fund invested in the freehold commercial property at 20-30 Mollison Street, Abbotsford, Victoria. The strategy involves tenant acquisition and cost-effective rental yield enhancement.

541 ST KILDA ROAD FUND
The Fund acquired the freehold commercial property at 541 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria. Its strategy involves tenant acquisition and cost-effective methods to boost rental yield.

600 CHURCH STREET FUND
The Fund invested in the freehold commercial property. The strategy is to source and secure tenants for the property and identify and implement cost effective ways to increase rental yield.

606 ST KILDA ROAD FUND
The Fund has invested in the freehold commercial property at 606 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, Victoria. Its strategy involves tenant acquisition and cost-effective methods to enhance rental yield.

628 BOURKE STREET FUND
The Fund has invested in the freehold commercial property at 628 Bourke Street, Melbourne, a CBD A-Grade office building significantly leased on exceptional investment metrics.

THE PRECINCTS OFFICE FUND
The Fund is an open-ended office fund. Its strategy is to invest in quality Australian city fringe, metropolitan, and suburban office properties which are located in or near established commercial precincts in major Australian cities and suburban markets.

CIBUS CARBON FUND
The Fund will acquire and develop unproductive agricultural land into high-integrity carbon abatement Projects for the predominant purpose of generating Australian Carbon Credit Units (‘ACCUs’).

CIM HAFF CO-INVESTMENT FUND
The Fund invests in social and affordable housing under the Commonwealth Government’s Australia-wide social and affordable housing program, the Housing Australia Future Fund (HAFF).

CIM IMPACT FUND
The Fund prioritizes assets with financial returns while also delivering social and environmental benefits. Leveraging the Investment Manager’s expertise in this emerging finance sector, it continues its successful investment strategy.

CIM SDA FUND 1
The Fund’s strategy aims to fund disability housing in underserviced design categories, filling gaps in financing to meet substantial unmet demand in this sector.

CIM SOCIAL HOUSING FUND 1
The Fund invests in social housing under the Victorian Government’s New Rental Development Program by providing debt financing to Housing First, a provider of social and affordable housing.

CIM SOCIAL HOUSING FUND 2
The Fund invests in social housing by providing debt financing to fund the acquisition of social and affordable housing.

CIMIF CARBON GA TRUST
A collabaration with Greening Australia, to deliver biodiverse environmental planting projects across Australia.

CIMIF CARBON PTY LTD
A collabaration with Climate Friendly, a market leading carbon developer and the Kullilli Bulloo River Aboriginal Corporation, a First Nations native title holder group, to acquire and regenerate a piece of culturally significant land in South West Queensland.

CIMIF YHI TRUST
A collaboration with Melbourne City Mission to fund shared accommodation for the Youth Housing Initiative. YHI aids homeless youth in transitioning to adulthood with housing, case management, and therapeutic support.

CORNER CAPITAL FUND I
The Fund’s strategy involves equity investments in lower middle-market firms, primarily in Australia and New Zealand. It supports organic growth, acquisitions, and facilitates shareholder and family business succession.

CUBIC MIX PROPERTY FUND
The Fund invested in a freehold commercial office property at 11-19 Wills Crescent, Moolap, Victoria. The Fund’s strategy was to maintain and enhance the leasing profile of the property through the implementation of a proactive leasing strategy.

CORTINA CAPITAL AUSTRALIA FUND 1
The Fund invests primarily in the health and wellness sector in Australia and New Zealand to create value from exports and growth into countries in the Asia Pacific region.

GIANT LEAP FUND I
A venture capital fund, investing in a portolio of early stage venture capital impact investment opportunities across a diverse range of industry sectors primarily in Australia.

GIANT LEAP FUND II
Giant Leap’s second venture capital fund investing in a portolio of early stage venture capital impact investment opportunities across a diverse range of industry sectors primarily in Australia.

GCP WINDSOR BTR FUND
The Fund provided capital for a high quality build-to-rent project in Windsor, Melbourne, with 348 apartments.

GOLDFIELDS TARNEIT RV FUND
The Fund will provide capital to develop Tarneit North Town Centre, a shopping centre which will house a mix of retailers, essential services and green spaces, situated on the intersection of Tarneit and Kenning Roads, Tarneit, Victoria.

GRAHGER INVESTMENTS PTY LTD
A private investment company which invests in a portfolio of retail businesses.

ROBNE CAPITAL SEQ FUND
A private equity fund which focuses on South East Queensland companies with $1-5 million EBITDA, prioritizing growth. It invests in three scenarios: entrepreneur support, buy-and-build, and succession, employing active sourcing.

GURNERtm 189 KENT STREETSUND II HOLDINGS TRUST
The Trust’s investment strategy is to develop and build for sale, the freehold property at 189-197 Kent Street, Sydney.

GURNERtm ST KILDA ROAD FUND I HOLDINGS TRUST
The Trust’s investment strategy is to develop and build for sale, the freehold property at 424-426 St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

SUCCESSION CAPPED INTEREST FUND
The Fund’s investment strategy is to partially finance equity interests in individual pharmacies or a group of pharmacies by making loans to pharmacy owners.

HENGYI SWANSTON CENTRAL FUND
The Fund developed a prominent residential development at 168 Victoria Street, Carlton, Victoria. The project included a 72-level residential tower and preserved ground-level heritage facade retail space.

382-386 BURWOOD RD HAWTHORN DEVELOPMENT TRUST
The Trust developed an eight-story building with 21 spacious apartments at 382-386 Burwood Road, Hawthorn. It includes a ground-floor wine bar/café, secure basement parking, library, communal room, and private wine cellars.

496 GLENFERRIE RD HAWTHORN DEVELOPMENT TRUST
The Trust developed five four-story townhouses, featuring a basement car park, internal lift, wine cellar, and rooftop gardens. Designed for affluent owner-occupiers near private schools.

SIGNIFICANT INVESTOR VISA SIV OFFERING
HS Consortium provides an investment Offering that packages an SIV Emerging Fund, a SIV Balancing Fund and a Venture Capital solution into a single Significant Investor Visa complying package.

GIPPSLAND LEGACY FUND
The Fund was established to develop Toonalook Terraces, a luxury 30 apartment, five story building in Paynesville, Victoria.

MELBOURNE PLACE HOTEL FUND
The Fund was estblished to acquire the Melbourne Place Hotel property in Russell Street, Melbourne.

ELANORA PLACE, PARKDALE
Funding for the development of 43 contemporary luxury residences in Parkdale, Melbourne.

EMERALD PLACE, SOUTH MELBOURNE
he Fund plans to construct a new building at 182-200 Clarendon Street, South Melbourne, Victoria, comprising 3 ground-floor retail spaces, 2 levels of premium offices, and 36 luxury residential apartments.

ESPLANADE, BRIGHTON
Funding for the development of 19 luxury apartments on The Esplanade in Brighton, across two low-rise buildings, offering uninterrupted bay views and expansive living.

MARELLA, HAMPTON
Funding for a boutique collection of 32 luxury residences in Hampton’s thriving bayside community.

TIVERTON AGRICULTURE IMPACT FUND
The Fund’s focuses on portfolio of regenerative agriculture and food production assets while exploring value chain optimization. It emphasizes biodiversity, soil enrichment, bio-sequestration, water management, ecosystem services, and community resilience.

WATERFIND WATERFUND
The Fund focuses on acquiring, holding, and leasing Water Assets to provide farmers (major water users in Australia) with affordable access to water, promoting sustainability and supporting agriculture

WILLER GLOBAL GATEWAY TRUST
The Fund was established to acquire a high-profile 1.58-hectare development site within Tamworth Global Gateway
Park, NSW. The Fund’s strategy is to develop a new Tamworth City Toyota sales and service dealership on the property.
