BACKGROUND

Xavier works closely with the Head of Compliance to manage the day-to-day operation of the MARQ Trustees’ risk and compliance framework. His role covers obligations management, compliance monitoring and reporting, breach management, business continuity and third-party risk, and he works across the business to embed practical governance processes that support investment managers in meeting their regulatory obligations.

Xavier has extensive experience in governance, risk and compliance, having supported the delivery of more than 50 GRC implementation projects and conducted risk and compliance assessments for over 40 organisations across regulated industries. His expertise spans ISO 31000 risk frameworks, the three lines of accountability model, CPS 230 operational resilience and vendor risk management.

Xavier brings deep practical experience in translating complex regulatory requirements into effective and scalable compliance processes.
