Member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand. Bachelor of Accounting (Financial Management) (La Trobe University).

BACKGROUND

Jye works closely with the Chief Financial Officer to manage the fund accounting, fund administration and unit registry functions for the investment funds for which MARQ Trustees provides fund administration and registry services. His role covers fund financial reporting, NAV and unit pricing, investor reporting, and the tax and audit requirements of each investment fund, together with the day-to-day operation of the unit registry.

Jye is a Chartered Accountant with eight years’ experience in commercial finance, management reporting and business advisory. Prior to joining MARQ Trustees, he managed – at a leading Melbourne advisory firm – a substantial portfolio of privately owned businesses, presented financial reporting and analysis to CEOs, CFOs and boards, and supported acquisitions through financial due diligence.

Jye brings strong commercial and advisory experience to support investment managers in their reporting and decision making.
