Dale’s distinguished career spans over 20 years in banking and finance. He was head of CBA Institutional Property – Banking –(Victoria and Tasmania), responsible for the division’s strategy, operations and key property relationships; including listed AREITS, substantial family businesses and SMEs. Dale was Director of Property and Finance at Bankwest, responsible for management of a portfolio of SME and corporate property clients. He has also held senior executive roles at Citibank and Rabo Bank.
Dale’s credit experience covers portfolio management, risk allocation and assessment of secured and unsecured lending, origination of debt securities and project financing. He has undertaken complex financing arrangements to some of the largest local and international corporations operating in Australia and has provided detailed lending advice to wholesale borrowers, scheme operators (including mortgage scheme operators) and investment managers.
